How long will it take to receive my order?

We are preparing your order as we speak and will notify you when the order has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing along with an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Due to Covid-19 this may take a little longer.

Are the items preshrunk?

All items are NOT preshrunk. We suggest washing them as the tag instructs.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order is ready to ship.

How do the items fit?

All items are true to size.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

No refunds. No exceptions.

Can I exchange an item?

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged and require an exchange upon 7 days that the item is received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping cost. Depending on your location, the exchanged item delivery time may vary.
